This Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into the StrataDesk Client Service Agreement.

This Privacy Policy applies solely to business-to-business (B2B) services and does not apply to personal or consumer use.

3. Call Recording & AI Processing

Calls may be recorded or transcribed

AI-generated summaries may be created

Clients are responsible for ensuring their own compliance with any applicable call recording or notification laws.

StrataDesk processes call data solely on behalf of the Client and does not determine the purposes or means of such data beyond providing the contracted services.



4. Information Sharing

We do not sell personal information.

We may share information only:

With service providers required to operate our platform

When legally required by law or court order

With client authorization

All third-party providers are required to maintain appropriate data protection standards.



5. Data Storage & Security

We take reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect personal information, including:

Limited internal access to data

However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

StrataDesk is not responsible for client misuse of the service.

Corrections to inaccurate data

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StrataDesk is not liable for:

Indirect or consequential damages

Data loss caused by third-party systems

Client misuse of collected information
